Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at irabbulislam123@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Items returned after the 14-day window.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at irabbulislam123@gmail.com with photos. We'll make it right immediately.
